The BL4CK Card is a premium access program operated by Infinia Entertainment for entry to curated events and experiences.

1. Card Ownership & Usage
The BL4CK Card remains the sole property of Infinia Entertainment.
The card is issued only to the registered holder and is strictly non-transferable.
The card cannot be sold, traded, or resold under any circumstances.
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or attempt to misuse the card will result in immediate cancellation of privileges.
2. Entry & Identification
The BL4CK Card must be presented at entry and scanned by event staff.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented alongside the card.
Only the registered cardholder will be granted access; entry will be denied if ID proof does not match.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, age restrictions, and local laws.
3. Events & Benefits
The BL4CK Card provides complimentary entry to designated Infinia Entertainment events, unless otherwise specified.
Certain events may require prior registration or may have limited seating/capacity.
Infinia Entertainment reserves the right to modify or withdraw BL4CK Card benefits without prior notice.
4. Loss, Theft, & Replacement
Infinia Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Replacement of lost or stolen cards may be considered at the sole discretion of Infinia Entertainment and may require identity verification.
Any suspected misuse should be reported immediately.
5. Code of Conduct
Cardholders are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all events.
Entry may be denied or card privileges revoked if a holder is found to be in violation of venue policies, engaged in misconduct, or creating a disturbance.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Infinia Entertainment is not responsible for personal belongings lost at events.
Entry is always at the discretion of event management and security staff.
Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of events are not guaranteed.
7. Amendments

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the BL4CK Card or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

By using the BL4CK Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Digital Platform Usage
The BL4CK mobile application and website are provided for informational and event management purposes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Infinia Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or services in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Can I lend my card to a friend?
No. The BL4CK Card is strictly non-transferable. You must present valid ID that matches the cardholder name.
What if I lose my card?
Report any lost or stolen card along with your card serial number to [email protected]. Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
Does the card guarantee entry?
Entry is subject to event capacity and venue rules. Entry may still be denied at management’s discretion.
Do I need to register again for every event?
