• Device & Log Data: Device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, and security-related metadata. This information is collected to enhance platform security, detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, protect user accounts, and ensure safe access to BL4CK services.

C. Camera & Media Access

BL4CK uses your device camera only with your explicit permission for the following purposes:

• Scanning QR codes on Black Cards for secure identification and access.
• To enable camera-based features such as QR code scanning and profile image capture, with your permission.
• Capturing or uploading a profile photo if you choose to add one.

The camera is never accessed in the background and is only activated when you initiate an action that requires it. Images are used solely for their intended purpose and are not accessed without user consent.

D. Third-Party Data

We may receive limited information from third-party partners, such as event collaborators or login providers, to enhance your experience. Payment-related information may be shared with trusted payment processors solely for completing transactions, fraud prevention, refunds, and regulatory compliance.
